My Trauma Is Chronic, But I Am Iconic!! (MTICBIAI), supports individuals who have experienced trauma, particularly those from marginalised and neurodivergent communities. Our beneficiaries include people facing systemic oppression, those who have been deprived of their liberty, individuals navigating complex mental health challenges, and those who feel unseen or misunderstood in mainstream services. We provide a range of services designed to empower and uplift our community. Through our digital magazine, Iconic Chronicles, we amplify diverse voices and share stories of resilience. Our podcast features expert discussions and lived experiences to break down stigma and provide practical support. We also develop accessible psychological resources to help individuals navigate their emotions and challenges. Additionally, we engage in advocacy and expert by experience training, ensuring that those with lived experience influence policies and services meant to support them. Our impact is profound because we create spaces where people feel heard, validated, and empowered. By centring lived experience, we challenge harmful narratives and work towards a world where trauma survivors are recognised not just for their struggles but for their strength and contributions. Our work fosters a sense of community, drives systemic change, and offers individuals the tools and knowledge to reclaim their stories and shape their futures.
