Careers at Noa's Place

Our primary objective is to create a sensory-first sanctuary in Calderdale where neurodivergent and disabled individuals and their families can truly belong. We aim to reduce the chronic isolation many families face by providing a space where nobody has to "mask" or explain themselves. By offering support before families reach a crisis point, we ensure that every individual is met with kindness and understanding in an environment specifically designed for their sensory and accessibility needs.

Over the next three years, we are focused on securing a permanent, inclusive hub that features sensory rooms, adaptive play areas, and a community café. Our goal is to bridge the gap in local SEND provision by building a collaborative support network alongside families and local partners. We are committed to creating a sustainable, community led charity that empowers families, celebrates neurodiversity, and provides a reliable foundation for long term flourishing in West Yorkshire.
