Made up of six brilliant brands: Rebel Kitchen, EMILY, The Primal Pantry, Abakus, Doisy & Dam and Indie Bay, our mission is to become the UK’s fastest growing plant-based, snacking and beverage business. Nurture Brands HQ is based in the centre of Mayfair and has an energetic and sociable vibe, full of empowered, ambitious people.       As a small business that moves fast, every day is a school day at Nurture Brands! The best opportunities to learn are from others within the business who all have amazing and diverse experience. With a flat structure and constant growth, anyone has the chance to take their job and their skills to new heights at NB.

      There's no smoke and mirrors at Nurture, nor is there a hierarchical culture - everyone contributes, so everyone gets to see what the company is achieving and exactly what we need to achieve to hit our goals.

      🏖 Flexibility
      Good hybrid policy where we can work from home and office - best of both worlds. Work hours are also fantastic where you can essentially set your own times.

      😎 Autonomy
      You get to make a lot of big decisions - there is support if you do need but once you get the hang of things, everyone trusts and knows you will get the job done.

      👻 Transparency
      If something is happening, you will know. The team is quite open about discussing everything, from what we're doing good to what we're doing bad.

      Overall

      Great team to work with overall, everyone brings something different and it makes it an enjoyable work experience. Also, vast exposure to many different products and brands which you would never get at a normal food & drinks start up. The products are 10/10 too!

      📖 Opportunities to learn
      Being such a fast-growing business, it's very dynamic and the new ideas and challenges fly in which means there's always more to learn. Importantly, our small size also means the continuous learning is not only really stimulating but also super rewarding, as we have to use a lot of our own initiative to make the magic happen!

      👩‍👧‍👧 Team members
      The team are so energised, so much fun and so on-the-ball. There's a real sense of camaraderie that comes with being a small team and a friendly environment where you can be yourself - not a robot!

      👻 Transparency
      Communication about how the business is doing is very frank so we always know where we stand and the key priorities across each team. There's absolutely no offices behind glass walls at Nurture Brands - we all work very closely.

      Overall

      Very energised team with real sense of camaraderie that pulls you together and drives you forward.

      The inherent challenges that come with being a fast-growing small business make the work very stimulating whilst the business size enables you to be agile and brings a sense of freedom to think differently and do really impactful work. At Nurture Brands it really feels like you're a part of something and going on a journey!
