OCCRP are one of the largest investigative journalism organisations in the world. They have a non-profit newsroom that partners with other media outlets, publishes stories that lead to real-world action. Their work has four main pillars: Investigations, Infrastructure, Innovation and Impact. And it’s that latter pillar where they make a real impact. In their own words: “We want to make a difference. Our work exposes crime and corruption so the public can hold power to account”. They’re a remote team, with unlimited vacation days, and they’re fully committed in investing in their team’s development.
