OFGEM e-Serve

E-Serve is currently the delivery arm of Ofgem the regulator of Britain's gas and electricity markets. Our role is quite distinct from the market regulatory duties Ofgem carries out and with which you are probably more familiar. E-Serve promote energy generation from renewable sources energy efficiency and social schemes to protect fuel poor consumers such as the Warm Home Discount.
E-Serve employs around 330 people across a diverse range of jobs which require specialist skills and knowledge. We're based between two offices in London and Glasgow and we really mean it when we say our staff are our biggest asset because they are the ones who meet our customers' needs.
Through our people we have established an impressive track record since the division was created in 2009.
This is an exciting and challenging time for E-Serve. We've begun a process of change which will see us transform from a fully-integrated division of Ofgem first into an autonomous body within the regulator and moving to a new future separate from Ofgem.
A raft of new projects has been identified and these are in the process of being delivered by senior leaders in E-Serve.
This is a pivotal moment for E-Serve and a great time to join the organisation.
