Careers at Old Granada Studios

Reform Radio is broadcasting the best in music, arts and culture live from the historic Old Granada Studios in Manchester. With radio playing out all of the day and all of the night on www.reformradio.co.uk.

Reform Radio is an online radio station and Community Interest Company that supports young adults into employment. Launched in 2013, we’ve grown a team of incredible local DJs, writers, producers and artists who deliver live as well as on demand digital content around the clock. This provides us with engaging material to structure our creative workshops and digital programmes on, supporting individuals as they develop transferrable skills to take with them into future careers.

We want all young adults within Greater Manchester to have the opportunity to realise their full potential. To achieve our vision we’re increasing capacity and therefore access to meaningful opportunities within Reform Radio and the wider world, inspiring young adults to take ownership of their future. We aim to build the brand of Reform Radio to make all young people aware of these opportunities and so the organisation can achieve financial and environmental sustainability. We will continue to ensure the good practice in all of our work and opportunities whilst responding to changing social needs of young people as we strive to meet our vision.

Community is at the heart of Reform Radio – a belief in, and love for, the community around us. Together we believe in celebrating what our community can create and giving back to those around us. We’re based in the heart of Manchester, a city with a rich cultural history, a great ear for music, and an active social conscience. We’re here to keep Manchester’s culture growing through collaboration. The more minds, voices, ears the better. Our roster of DJs and artists is brilliantly diverse, and we encourage creativity in all its forms. This is important here at Reform Radio as we love to make things – new shows, new workshops, new connections.
