I write cookbooks, and teach French cooking. My business is in my home, a 15th century reconverted convent in the center of a bustling French town. When I'm not teaching, I'm developing projects, books, recipes. Sometimes I'm thinking.  I go to the market once to twice a week, usually on foot because we have the best market in the region one minute from my house.  My life revolves around food and reading and talking about food and developing ideas on how to make the business grow.  I also, in my off time, am a very involved mother of two almost grown people who are away at college yet often still very present.  I'm one of very few anglos in this town, which is just over an hour from Paris.

I'm looking for a go-getter to help me with projects that involve photography, online graphics, video, recipe testing.  I cannot pay a dime, but I can offer room and board for a few months while working on getting a pretty big project off the ground. I'm really great, and demanding of excellence.
