My ambition when I started the bakery was simple: to provide London’s busy chefs with the best handcrafted bread, made from the finest ingredients possible. Today, as the bakery heads towards twenty years in business, my goal remains the same and this ambition underpins everything we do. Our bakers and pastry chefs, along with a vital support network of customer service and account managers, packers and drivers, work around the clock to provide our customers, most of whom are still chefs, with an exciting selection of products that are always fresh, relevant, and delicious - and that they are happy to serve to their own customers.
