Pink Dynasty is an award winning social mobility initiative that supports the upward mobility of marginalised women who struggle to access job opportunities, such as:

Women struggling to cope with their economic circumstances Women who experience multiple barriers due to their race, age, faith, sexual orientation, and gender identity

Our Mission is to empower marginalised women by: 

Supporting women at all stages of their career Advocating for gender equity and upward mobility in the workplace  Fundraising to create a hardship fund to support our most vulnerable members
