We know funerals can be life and grief-changing experiences, so at Poppy’s, we guide and support people to have the funeral they want - whatever that means to them.

We pride ourselves on giving outstanding care to our clients, both living and dead. We help people at one of the most vulnerable times in their lives, and we believe great care can transform people's experience. In a sector which has often been closed and secretive, we not only provide great care ourselves but we want to raise awareness of what great death care should be across the sector and among the public.

We prioritise choice, flexibility and open access to information at every stage, supporting our clients to make the decisions that are best for them. There is no single 'right way' to do a funeral, we start from what families want and need and what is meaningful for them.

In a sector with a reputation for opacity and occasional exploitation, we are completely transparent about our costs, with no hidden extras. We welcome scrutiny of every aspect of our business, from our care to our charges and everything in between.

Poppy's is also working hard to reduce our environmental impact. We guide our clients to make choices that have a positive impact on the planet, whilst minimising our own environmental footprint in all we do.
