The group’s current recruitment operations address requirements for executive, professional and technical staff working in the Real Estate & Built Environment, Energy & Environmental, Insight & Analytics and Pharmaceutical sectors.

The company has been trading since 1986 and in June 2004 moved to AiM having been on the main London market since May 1995.The Company was the subject of a reverse takeover by Macdonald & Company Group Ltd in 2006 and dealing on AiM in an enlarged Share Capital commenced on 4 January 2006.

The Group's growth strategy is focussed on optimally exploiting its highly developed and sophisticated 'platform'‚Äã for the delivery of recruitment services to professional sectors by establishing new business in niche areas which can be rolled out into the Group's UK and overseas office network. The Group continues to explore opportunities for further international expansion.
