Prop is a new fintech disrupting the property finance industry

We're an innovative, online property finance marketplace; where vetted property developers and property finance firms seeking funds are matched with investors seeking attractive property-backed returns. We’re not a peer-to-peer lender, we’re a fund manager, but like peer-to-peer lenders we’re using technology to break down the traditional barriers associated with property investing.

Our founders include property veterans Mani Khiroya and Parul Scampion of Fruition Properties, fintech expert Tom Buttress, and property finance expert Shahil Kotecha. The team have personally completed over ¬¨¬£0.5bn of UK real estate transactions and have decades of experience building and running financial services firms. 

We launched the platform in beta in November 2017 and to-date have had over 300 users register and raised ¬¨¬£1.7m across three investment opportunities, all with no marketing spend. We have a strong pipeline of both equity and debt property investments that will be listed on the platform over the coming year and we‚Äö√Ñ√¥re well funded; as we‚Äö√Ñ√¥re backed by two established firms operating in the property space. We‚Äö√Ñ√¥re laser focused on our goal of creating a better property finance market that, we think, can go some way to help solving the UK‚Äö√Ñ√¥s housing crisis and we‚Äö√Ñ√¥re assembling a talented, passionate team to get us there.
