ProVeg International are on a mission to reduce global animal consumption by 50% by the year 2040. A pretty big and important mission. To do this, they work on things like food innovation, policy and corporate engagement and campaigns and community. They have some pretty impressive figures to back up the progress they are making on this, like over 200 corporate engagements, and 20 million people reached in 2020.
