What is our culture like?

Our culture is one of exceptional people, achieving exceptional things. We hire the best people in the fields of engineering, consulting, account management, marketing, finance and operations whilst giving them the tools they need to be a success in their role.

Although we’ve now grown to more than 200 people, we’re keen on keeping our culture as relaxed and open as when there were only 5 of us, so there are always people to lean on and learn from (also useful in a three legged race!)

Our offices have all the startup standards; table football, a special coffee machine and all your food paid for - especially if you need to stay late.
