Since 2005, we've interviewed candidates using our What Makes You Tick software, to capture a unique set of attitudinal and experiential data. It helps us send clients candidates not just with the best chance of being hired, but of being successful in the long term.
Our Contextual Recruitment System (CRS) measures candidates' achievements, including academic performance at university, against the classification systems we've developed. So we can put candidates' achievements into context, and identify outperformers others miss.
