For 25 years, Red2Green has been supporting and promoting local people, across Cambridgeshire, with learning disabilities or on the autistic spectrum. We help our service-users achieve their goals in life and work skills, training, socialising and fun. We work with adults and young people from the age of 16 years through to retirement. We provide 3 services: Options is for people with learning disabilities with a wide range of ability levels and support requirements, including those with critical and substantial needs. We promote:

Aspirations is a life skills programme for anyone over the age of 16 with autism spectrum conditions. Working in small groups we promote:

Autism in the Workplace is a support system for anyone with autism in employment. Our practitioners are experienced at assessing levels of need and identifying an appropriate form of support. We work with employers, breaking down barriers and enabling employees to overcome the challenges that people with autism face in the workplace. We are able to offer advice to families too and personalise the support that we give. We offer online or in-person:
