Our global team, working across five continents, has already empowered over 1,000 social enterprises to grow, create jobs, and build partnerships that are helping to embed sustainable thinking across all sectors.
Along the way, we've helped companies like Microsoft, PayPal, eBay, Gucci, Kering, Booking.com, IBM, Carlsberg, PepsiCo, Siemens, Cost Plus World Market, Daily Harvest, Compass Group and more to build partnerships with social enterprises so that they can positively contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals.
Escape's take on MovingWorlds
There aren’t many organisations that can say they’ve been in the top two positions in The Escape 100 – three years in a row. But Moving Worlds have done exactly that. The Seattle-based Institute runs sought-after annual Fellowships that help professionals to work towards social impact projects and find more purpose in their work. MovingWorlds also partners with corporations and investors to design high-impact programmes, all with the aim of making measurable progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals. They scored highly across all of the key metrics that we assessed on this year and the key to their success was summed up perfectly in this employee review: 'We are provided flexibility, autonomy while challenged consistently. I feel really grateful to be part of this team. We appreciate each other for our unique contributions, and are able to learn from each other's different perspectives to arrive at new insights we wouldn't have alone. Also, the team is incredibly supportive - willing to jump in and help, be a brainstorm buddy, or even a peer coach. We also make sure to celebrate each other's wins on a regular basis!

I've been with MovingWorlds for 5 years - and a big reason why is that I feel trusted to propose new ideas and run with them (in a structured way.) Our culture makes it safe to try, and even if you fail, learn and improve. Management and team members are supportive of taking on new stretch projects, growing into new areas, and directing our own growth trajectories.

I get to do what I do best every day in a way that connects to my values, our culture makes it safe to bring my 'full self' to work, and I am continuously inspired by my teammates.
