Lightful helps nonprofits develop the digital skills and confidence needed to tell compelling stories, build trust, and raise more money. We partner with individual and institutional donors to provide nonprofits all over the world with purpose-built online tools, practical advice, and tailored training.
What can we offer Escapees? Our working environment and culture is second to none. We work remotely, but have access to our London office where our team are free to work from and be around their team mates if they choose. We are a passionate team of around 25 people, bringing together a unique mix of skills, cultures and expertise. We work hard, but we also believe strongly in work / life balance and have invested in a comprehensive Wellbeing programme that reflects this.

🏖 Flexibility
'Work from anywhere' policy gives so much freedom. Colleagues live in so many different locations, so I never feel left out from not living in London.
Lightful Flex policy allows me to flex my hours around my other interests and commitments, meaning I can get a great work-life balance. This encouraged and advocated by senior leaders.

Amazing colleagues! Everyone brings a positive attitude to work, it feels like everyone's invested in doing the best that we can, and helping colleagues and enabling them to be their best. I always feel listened to, and my thoughts and opinions are respected by everyone regardless of seniority. It feels like everyone sincerely loves their job.
