This has been my first role I’ve been more confident around being openly gay from the beginning. The team are so caring and considerate and I love being part of the Pride ERG.

The company feels much more like a community. I know everyone by name and the socials and kitchen are a great way to meet everyone and connect. The cultural allowance really pushes me to see something creative each month.

I feel my voice is really empowered and my team is trusted to do what it needs to without any micro management. What’s even better is always getting excited feedback or constructive ways to improve it.
Overall

The team is incredibly welcoming and hard working. The collaboration across teams is brilliant and there is a real identity to being a "Pap"
⛑ Employee wellbeing
Employees can take a wellness hour during the week to do whatever they wish with. Many people will choose an exercise class, others will simply take an hour to themselves to switch off. The team also have access to many wellness resources such as Bippit for financial coaching and Self Space for mental health support.

Decisions are made quickly and the pace is fast which couldn't be achieved if every decision needed a committee to approve. Teams are subject matter experts and empowered to make decisions.
Overall
I've thoroughly enjoyed the last 2.5 years at Papier. Having worked in large corporate organisations it has been great to feel like I have a more direct impact on the business and our customers and I genuinely feel like Papier cares about their employees.
