We provide workspaces that encompass the full needs of a food and drink business.
The team behind Karma Kitchen are the same team behind Karma Cans, the lunch delivery company. Gini and Eccie founded Karma Cans in 2014, making fresh healthy salads for offices around London.
They've built two kitchens for Karma Cans and they understand how important it is to get operations right early on, to leave you the space and money to grow and transform your business.
That's the goal of Karma Kitchen, to let businesses grow and scale.

The founders are very driven to grow Karma into something big & successful, where nothing is really impossible. And while we're getting there - let's have fun at it and give back where we can.

We've got a great mixture of driven, open minded and fun people from very different backgrounds that all bring value to Karma + give a different angle that you can learn from.
🤩 Flat hierarchy
Very open and respectful environment. No endless approval processes or ideas having to be run by someone higher up - so lots of freedom to put your ideas into actions.
Overall
Karma has super exciting growth plans and targets, which makes it a fun journey to be on and to be able to contribute to. To achieve this growth, nothing is too crazy to get there - you get to be very creative with your ideas and get to action them too.
Besides this, there's a very open and non-judgmental atmosphere. Everyone is approachable, respectful and fun. The team are all working towards the same goals and everyone is very supportive to help everyone get there.
