At Creative Mentor Network, we believe in a future where there is no class ceiling in the UK's creative industries.
We run mentoring programmes that directly support 16-25 year olds from lower socioeconomic backgrounds in accessing the creative industry and finding work by partnering directly with professionals in creative organisations.
Our programmes support our partners by working as an education programme for their employees. We train mentors to understand the barriers that impact socioeconomic diversity within the creative industries, to develop themselves as more inclusive leaders, and to advocate for diversity and social justice. This means together we can create more inclusive workplace cultures and make the industry more accessible for young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.
