Arbor is solely focused on transforming how teachers work through providing industry leading Management Information Software to support and automate school operations. This mission drives everything we do, and it aligns us all day to day, leading to a driven and committed company with clear alignment across all teams.
😎 Autonomy
Individuals are given autonomy in delivery, and have freedom to choose appropriate solutions, and work across teams to deliver. In engineering this means the freedom to solve problems in your own way, making choices on tooling and architecture along the way.

Every person within Arbor lives and breathes it's values and is aligned to it's mission. I have never worked amongst such committed and talented people, and although there are a variety of challenges to tackle, I know there is full support from all colleagues.
Overall
It's an incredible experience to know you are contributing to the improvement of teachers lives each day, and therefore to student attainment. To do this while also working alongside the most committed, talented, and fun group of individuals ever makes it a privilege to work at Arbor.
