As a charity, our mission is to create social change for these children and families by developing excellent social work practice and leadership through our programmes, and by building a movement of leaders in social work and broader society as part of our Fellowship.
We recruit, train and support people to become social workers. This is a unique opportunity for high potential graduates and career changers to make a real difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable children in England.
