tiney is on a mission to unlock the potential of every child.

Brett Wigdortz OBE formed tiney after 15 years leading Teach First, a charity that has worked with over a million children at primary and secondary school age. As a parent of three, he personally experienced how challenging it is to find great childcare that’s also flexible and affordable.

He decided to do something about it. Together with experienced early years educators, nationally distinguished safeguarding leads and digital tech experts, tiney was born!

We’re training up a new wave of fantastic early years educators to give more children a great start in life - and reinventing childcare in the process. We believe that a great early education can be life changing. Our goal is to make the highest quality childcare accessible to more families, and to empower a generation of micro-entrepreneurs to deliver amazing care from their own homes.
