Straight out of Devon is Riverford Organic Farmers, one of the UK’s leading organic veg box delivery schemes. Established in 1987, Riverford now delivers around 80,000 veg boxes a week to homes around the UK from its regional farms. They were born out of a passion for organic farming and a belief that it’s better for us and our world, and they now have a B Corp certification to prove it. Not only do they have a purpose that is both meaningful and sustainable, but their employees love it too, citing the supportive and friendly culture as one of the best things about working there. The atmosphere and working environment on the farm are great. The majority of co-owners have shared values and working relationships are strong. It's a pleasure to come to work every day.
Overall
