We were founded by technologists and professionals who believe in a fairer start-up ecosystem. Frustrated by a lack of diversity, we’re on a mission to remove the social barriers to entrepreneurship and build the greatest network of digitally enabled businesses in the world.
Our unique approach to supporting future founders actively involves enabling companies, both public and private, big and small, to utilise their talent in supporting social change. We believe that companies of the future will not be measured by the value of their assets, but on the impact of their activities on communities. We are proud to partner with world-leading companies to run start-up and scale-up acceleration programmes that build the talent pipeline globally.

It is a sad statistic that BAME founders receive less than 1% of venture capital funding. That is why Foundervine exists. To bridge the gap and provide a fair opportunity to entrepreneurs who have historically been underrepresented in business. They do this through a range of initiatives, all designed to give entrepreneurs the skills, knowledge and networks they need to be successful. The most inclusive and accommodating team I have ever been part of. Managers will go above and beyond to support employees through the good times and the more challenging times. Incredibly diverse team from a range of different backgrounds.
