FLOWN is led by successful serial entrepreneur, Alicia Navarro, founder of Skimlinks (acquired by Connexity April 2020), and backed well-known entrepreneurs and angels such as Greg Marsh (OneFineStay), Taavet Hinrikus (Transferwise), Tom Allason (Shutl).

FLOWN is in a whole new category of its own, as a deep-work-as-a-service scaleup that provides teams with all the tools, rituals and online deep work sessions to enable their ‘best work’. From Deep Working sessions (work in the silent presence of others), to Quests (walking challenges that help you detach from your mind and fuel your creativity), FLOWN are breaking the barriers of what it means to work remotely, flexibly and productively. Hence a well-deserved spot in this year’s Escape 100.     This is my second time working with our CEO Alicia Navarro - Alicia is the most fantastic team and culture builder and more successfully than anyone else that I know she manages to attract people who are talented, caring, motivated, funny and hardworking. It is a brilliant group and will continue to be as the organisation grows.

    Work from home, work from the office, work in another city, work in another country, work early in the morning, work late at night, change your schedule to exercise, to look after children - FLOWN knows people work well in different ways and is incredibly accommodating of that.
