We make exceptional bread and pastries, and are renowned also for our outrageously delicious sandwiches. We have grown steadily since 2014 when we were founded by young professionals from the hospitality and youth intervention sectors. We have a mixed wholesale/retail business model and we leverage our internal operations as a training ground for young people wishing to step away from dangerous and/or criminal lifestyles.

The Dusty Knuckle Bakery is a social enterprise on a mission to bring about positive change within the criminal justice system. Frustrated by the high levels of reoffending in the UK, they’re using the art of baking to offer opportunities and training to young people in prison and on release. Not only is their mission incredibly important, but they've also created a culture of openness and transparency, where people are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work.
