Our platform finds talented people in low-opportunity areas and brings opportunity to them –unlocking their potential all the way from school into top universities and careers.
Zero Gravity is packed with features designed to take talent to the top – from mentoring, masterclasses, internships and scholarships to personalised career opportunities. Our members get totally free access to a digital community of over 10,000 students, all working together to make their ambitions real.
The Zero Gravity community secures top results, doubling a student’s chances of winning a top uni offer and top career role. We’ve already boosted the cumulative lifetime earnings of students from low opportunity areas by £270m, and are set to create a £1bn boost by 2025.

I became a part of Zero Gravity primarily due to its dedicated team, strong brand identity, and compelling mission. It is essential to boost the assistance for gifted children hailing from less privileged backgrounds who aspire to study at prestigious universities and pursue high-profile careers. What I love most is witnessing first-hand accounts and success stories emerging from the Zero Gravity community, reinforcing our mission each day 🚀

The Zero Gravity squad is truly phenomenal 🤩 We are a highly motivated and talented bunch and hold the company culture and its values in the highest regard. The environment promotes ample opportunities for growth, teamwork, and autonomy in one's role. The company values are displayed across the HQ in London. There are flexible working and bi-weekly social events. Individual/Team achievements are recognised and celebrated weekly 🎉

The team is the definition of work hard, play hard. Working alongside ultra high performance team members who are experts in their field dedicated to the mission means that there is plenty of honest and constructive feedback making it a great place to learn quickly. As well the high-performance aspects, it remains an incredibly fun and supportive environment, with a lot of socialising and genuine friendships in the team.
📖 Opportunities to learn
There is great room for growth in the team, particularly with our company value of Run Towards Danger. This value isn't a vacuous soundbite - its a legitimate way which directs how the team works. This means that there are a multitude of chances to try out new things, test projects, take risks, with the knowledge that failing means that something new has been tried, and that the learnings from the process are still valuable to the company.
📣 Mission & Purpose
The mission underpins everything that we do. It gets the team out of bed, making us question "If we did this, would it benefit one more student? Would it level the playing field that little bit more?". If the answer is yes, it's done - without the question. All of us are devoted to the idea of a fairer future - from the Execs, to the team, to our members. It is inspiring to see the movement snowballing as we scale.
