UK Acumen Academy is a regional partner of Acumen Academy, the world's school for social change. Our mission is to unleash a new generation of social innovators and leaders with the determination and grit to build a more just, inclusive and sustainable world. Blending the best of online and offline learning, we offer anyone with an internet connection, access to the tools, resources and community they need to achieve positive social change. With over 700 Fellows and 700,000 course-takers in 190 countries, the Acumen Academy community represents a new generation of social innovators and leaders committed to doing what’s right in a world that loves easy.

In 2020 we launched the Acumen Fellowship in the UK, focused on connecting bold leaders tackling divides in their communities, and equipping them with the knowledge, skills and community to accelerate and sustain their impact. We are shaping this community as we build it, and we are looking for someone who can embrace a start-up environment and help us define what works (and what doesn’t) as we expand our reach and depth across the UK. We are a small organisation with big ambitions to create impact, offering the right candidate a great opportunity for personal and professional growth.
