We currently help 200+ businesses invest in nature including brands such as CaixaBank (Spain's leading bank), Envision Virgin Racing (Formula E team), L’Oreal & Crowdcube. We have raised over £3 million to date and our 1,500+ investors including venture capital from Google, 8 Dimension Ventures & One Planet Capital.
We are proud to be a certified B Corp with 123 points, putting us in the top scoring 5% of B Corp businesses globally!

After working for some companies where the impact on the planet was a secondary concern, it's genuinely refreshing working for a company who's purpose is to protect and regenerate the Earth.
🏖 Flexibility
Everyone is really respectful of each other's time and there is a huge amount of trust in people to manage their own workload.
Each person in the company understands that work and life need to be in balance and Earthly's 4-day work week backs this up in a really powerful way.
👻 Transparency
Transparency is a big thing in Earthly. From our weekly all-hands meeting to go through the updates and priorities of each team, to deep-dive sessions on interesting topics around the company, together with documentation all available in Notion, there isn't much that isn't open to everyone.
