The GoodWork Programme is a mentoring and employability skills programme that supports young people who face systemic barriers into meaningful work. They offer two versions of the programme (Core and Online) and are committed to making sure that everyone gets the right support for them. They are currently ranked #2 in the Escape 100, with their employees citing the supportive and flexible work environment, the great team culture and the opportunity to make a real difference to young people’s lives as reasons why they love working there.
