Women Returners

Women Returners is a purpose-led consulting, coaching and network organisation which specialises in enabling the return to work of experienced professionals after an extended career break for childcare, eldercare or other reasons.

We partner with leading employers to create supported routes back to suitable level roles for career returners. Since 2014, we have pioneered the introduction and uptake of returner programmes and career returner coaching in the UK and Ireland, and now offer the majority of our services on a global basis. We combine a practical commercial perspective, with experienced coaching capability, in-depth psychological knowledge and an unmatched understanding of returners and returner programmes.

We are a social business, with a powerful mission to normalise and remove the stigma of career breaks. Alongside our commercial operations, we run a free-of-charge network community for returning professional women, with over 7,500 subscribed members. We deliver funded employability support programmes and act as a voice for the returner community in media and Government.
