It's great to work for a company that allows you not just to work from home when needed, but to work in a way that is most productive for you. There is a high level of trust which is incredibly rewarding.

👭 Inclusivity
Working on the tech industry can be quite male dominated. It's enriching to work in a team that predominantly identifies as female, and includes people from so many different nationalities and cultural backgrounds (and celebrates them all!)

I also have a non visible disability that requires me to have hospital visits and flexible hours and the company has not only helped me but made me feel supported.

The team are amazing, it's a real joy to come into the office on Monday and have a supportive and creative team environment which is both productive and fun! Fun is really underrated in office environments and it's something Lighthouse has prioritised without taking away from our free time.

Overall

Working for Lighthouse has been really rewarding, I feel included in conversations and supported to learn more. It's also the first company I have worked for that takes a real interest in my needs and supports me with flexible working. It's just a great place to work overall!
