Lima Delta
Careers at Lima Delta
We're a fast-growing consultancy and creative agency on a mission to prove that change lands and learning sticks when you design for real people.
We use behavioural science to design the bespoke learning academies and employee engagement campaigns that help global organisations change how their people think, feel and act.
Our work follows a simple framework:
• INSPIRE. Compelling comms and storytelling that set the tone for change.
• TRAIN. Tailored digital learning academies that build confidence and capability.
• SUSTAIN. Practical tools that keep momentum going long after launch.
We're small, ambitious and growing quickly. That means there's no rigid ladder to climb and no box to stay in. If you make an impact and you want more, there's room to shape your future role. Everyone here gets to see how the company runs and have a say in how it grows.
We value curiosity, ambition and accountability. We like people who are optimistic, get stuck in and enjoy solving problems.
Escape's take on Lima Delta
Lima Delta are a small but mighty design agency for L&D teams. They're raising the bar in digital learning - using their expertise to offer services such as eLearning, blended learning and learning consultancy. The team is remote-first, and their core values are transparency, humility and empathy (sounds like a winning combo to us). They're small but rapidly growing, meaning there's no doubt in our minds that there will be plenty of opportunity for learning, growth and progression. If you want to be part of a team that is making learning and development better for people, organisations and the planet, then this is the team for you.
