United for a better childhood As a society we provide a vital system of support and services to keep children safe and give them the best childhood.

For over 50 years NCB has been driving change throughout this system to make it as effective as possible and to protect the children whose welfare is most at risk.

When we launched our 2018-23 strategy, United for a Better Childhood, the system was already breaking. Since then, the pandemic has stripped away further layers of support to put children more at risk than ever.

We're here to bring people and organisations together to bring about the best for children. By listening to children and young people and taking bold, co-ordinated action we can deliver a better childhood for the UK.
