Escape's take on Upland

Upland is Dumfries and Galloway's visual art and craft development organisation. They're a community interest company aiming to inspire, support and develop the contemporary arts and craft sector in the region. And this all comes to life in their work - from projects inspiring and showcasing local female artisans, to their annual 'Spring Fling' event which sees people from all over the UK come together to explore the region's arts and crafts. And how do we know that Upland is also a great place to work? They were one of the highest scoring organisations for employee satisfaction in this year's Escape 100.
