The Commonwealth Foundation is a pretty awesome membership to have in your back pocket. Why? Because it represents 54 countries, a third of the world's population and is a diverse community of countries that support each other and work together towards shared goals of prosperity, democracy and peace. And the Commonwealth Foundation sits beautifully within this mix, as the Commonwealth agency for civil society. They're on a mission to strengthen the voice of civil society, and enhance their capacity to engage in governance, and we reckon it's one of the most interesting and unique businesses to work for on our list this year.
