Brent Community Land Trust

Brent Community Land Trust is an independent, not for profit organisation. It is led by local volunteers who have come together to develop truly affordable housing in Brent, north-west London and add vlaue by working with the local community to address local need.  Our key principles are that we are

Affordable -  we want to create homes that are truly affordable for the local community Sustainable -  we want to create homes that are efficient and minimise any negative impact on the local environment Inclusive -  we want to achieve this through meaningful engagement,  and by treating everyone with respect and dignity, remaining accessible to all and creating a platform for the whole community to have a voice and oppportunity to take action and deliver positive change.
