The Arukah Project CIC is a not-for-profit community interest company that aims to raise awareness of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and trauma and how it impacts the lives of those who are in contact with the Justice System.  We have developed an emotional health and safety framework that includes education, sharing experience and practical learning of emotional freedom techniques (EFT).  These highly effective self-help evidence-based tools act rapidly on the nervous system to support emotional regulation and we combine this the integration of trauma-informed practice.   The Arukah Project CIC works with people who have experience of:
