About Art & Soul Art & Soul is a small charity in south-west London that aims to improve mental health and emotional wellbeing through creativity. Founded over 20 years ago, we provide creative activities and events for people of all ages in the local community to actively improve their mental health and wellbeing. We are proud of the difference we make to our members’ wellbeing: our workshops have been shown to enhance wellbeing by 34%.
