Young Leaders in Cricket

Supporting young people to become part of a social network with shared interests that can help them improve employment opportunities through vocational and cricket coaching skills.

An established community interest company (incorporated CIC) with over 4,000 'graduates' in our mainstream programme. We are now expanding and adapting our successful programme.

Particularly, a new programme to empower young people with special educational needs to become future leaders, and involve neurodivergent participants from 12 to 25 years of age.

We are looking for a purpose-driven person with strengths in coordination or management to help us plan and scale this programme.
