The aim of Coatbridge Citizens Advice Bureau is to ensure that individuals do not suffer through ignorance of their rights and responsibilities or of the services available; or through an inability to express their needs. We also exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services, both locally and nationally.  We provide a free confidential holistic advice service to our clients many of whom are in poverty, living in isolation or homeless, the elderly and disabled. Advice given includes debt, housing, benefits, consumer, relationship etc. Clients may be signposted to other specialist organisations or Bureau specialists.
