The How2Hub is providing sustainable links and collaboration between children and the wider community, by facilitating regular collaboration and team building with both national and local businesses and services.  Children are encouraged to build age appropriate relationships from the start of their secondary school careers. This generates access and quality time with adults outside of the traditional parent / teacher environments and provides access to interact, explore and experience all areas of possible career opportunities that are open to them helping to identify and practice soft skills. The How2Hub operates tandem with the current curriculum requirement Gatsby Benchmark. Businesses have the opportunity to outline current and future soft and hard skill set requirement, and to open their doors to schools enabling  immersive visits and experiences, sparking  real interest for their possible future workforce.
