We work directly with smallholder farmers in rural Ethiopia, providing seeds, training, and machinery while guaranteeing fair market access. By building ethical, transparent supply chains, we create nutritious, allergen-free foods that improve health while supporting livelihoods and preserving cultural heritage. Our range includes naturally gluten-free teff flours, breakfast cereals, snacks, and powdered drinks – bringing authentic Ethiopian ingredients into modern, convenient formats for health-conscious consumers.
