MONC is on a mission to (re)frame the eyewear industry. They aim to do this by creating beautiful, sustainable eyewear that is built to last. Their frames are made from bio-acetate which is gentle on the planet, and they also use a closed loop system that allows them to recycle and repurpose old pairs. Not only that, but they also work with charities to fund sight tests and glasses for those in need. MONC are a B Corp and have a great company culture, with a focus on empowering their team and building a fun and open environment.
