Our vision is to create a society where adults with learning disabilities and/or autism have an equal and fair chance at obtaining and maintaining employment. Through our year-long Supported Internship Programme, we’re upskilling the next generation of employees for a variety of industries including hospitality, administration and culture. Over the course of a year, our learners acquire knowledge alongside a team of trained cafe staff and job coaches.
