Spark UK is one of the UK's leading youth-led mental health organisations. Aimed at 'sparking conversations around mental wellbeing' by providing free mental health resources, school programmes, and awareness campaigns to spark meaningful conversations and equip them with essential well-being tools. Through engaging educational materials, interactive workshops, and a youth-led approach, we ensure mental health support is accessible, relatable, and proactive. With 1 in 6 young people facing mental health challenges, our work helps break stigma, empower individuals, and create a future where no young person feels alone in their struggles.
