Inhouse Records works with individuals who are currently in prison or have recently been released. Our primary beneficiaries are people affected by the criminal justice system many of whom face significant barriers to rehabilitation, employment, and reintegration into society. We operate as a fully functioning record label that runs both in prison and in the community. Through music creation, production, and performance, we offer participants a platform for creative expression, personal development, and skill building. Our services include songwriting workshops, recording sessions, music industry mentoring, and post release support to continue their artistic journey and reintegrate successfully into the community. Our work transforms lives through music. By engaging individuals in meaningful creative work, we help reduce reoffending rates, build confidence, foster purpose, and provide a tangible pathway toward a more positive future. Our model bridges the gap between incarceration and community, giving individuals the tools and support they need to thrive both artistically and socially.
