New Organising Collaborative exists to bring together organisers from trades unions and community, with supportive non profits and academics, to learn, be inspired and form new collaborations. As well as the annual New Organising Conference, we support projects that participants create. This year we've brought sessions from the Conference to Nottingham and Birmingham and supported a group of organisations that met at the NOC to create three workbooks around organising migrant and dispersed workers.
Escape's take on New Organising Collaborative
With a mission to strengthen the people and organisations driving social change, New Organising Conference is a UK-based gathering for organisers, activists and movement builders. It brings together unions, community groups and grassroots leaders to share skills, strategies and ideas that help campaigns win on the issues that matter most. Alongside its flagship event, it plays a key role in connecting and energising the wider organising ecosystem.
